Really nice, clean, cool room. I had the queen deluxe. Shower water pressure was the best Ive experienced in the Philippines. Really good hot temperature also. Loved the roof deck also.

The staff were very helpful and receptive to questions. And I had a lot of those, questions Teenage nephew was absolutely fascinated with the theme, decor, and snippets of information visible everywhere he went. He said it felt like a mini museum to him. There was a lot of activities available too, so if didn't feel like just the usual staycation. There were some we weren't able to try in the single night we were there, but that just means we'll be back. :)

Such a lovely quirky hotel Staff were amazing especially Jerry and Harvey in the restaurant where we had breakfast and delicious evening meals Staff were always cleaning and had the added extra of rooftop pool which was lovely just to cool down Games room and few bits of gym equipment Basically couldnt fault this hotel

Everything was excellent. Especially the staff. I would like to commend Ate Cath and Ate Ange for accommodating us during our stay. And also the other staff. They are very kind and Ate Cath even upgraded our room. definitely we will be coming back.

The new pool on the roof top is great, our son loved it and we could enjoy the view. Restaurant is very good, some vegetarian options. There is a game room too with billiard etc.

We liked the room with the very nice beds! The room was clean en although located next to a busy road the noise was not to bad to sleep! The employees are very friendly and helpful. ask for their Manila do it yourself tour. Easy to follow and points out the highlights perfect for when you arrive jetlagged and do not want to plan anything yourself.

Room and ensuite bathroom were more than comfortable for two. My room had a balcony which for a smoker is great, since the hotel is strictly non-smoking. The hotel is lovingly personalised from top to bottom by the owner. Quite a treat to stumble on the collection and read the infobytes. Free coffee through the day. Good robust coffee too! Food on the menu at Heritage Restaurant is more than great. Recommended. WiFi is free, available everywhere and good.
